Please allow 24 to 48 hours for our team to respond to your request. If your request is submitted within the 30-day money-back guarantee period, your request will be approved.

Once approved, your money will be returned immediately by our team. However, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear back in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
